Payment Policy

Responsibility for Payment

Upon registration with Adiuvisti, all participants are responsible for their course fees, regardless of funding source or fee status. All fees must be paid in full before the start of the training.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Bank Transfer (details provided upon registration)
Debit Card (via payment link)
Credit Card (via payment link)
PayPal

Payments Not Accepted:

American Express (Amex)
Direct Debit

Staggered Payment Options

Participants unable to pay the full fees upfront may opt for a two-installment plan:

First installment: 50% of the total fee, due on or before the training start date
Second installment: Balance due by the 4th week of the program

Note: Installment plans may incur a slightly higher total fee. The total course fee includes a non-refundable registration fee of £99.

Exceptions

In exceptional cases, Adiuvisti may consider concessions at the discretion of management. All other terms in this Payment Policy remain applicable.

Payment Default

Participants are expected to pay installments on time. Payments are considered overdue 1 minute past midnight on the due date.

Failure to pay without prior notice within 24 hours may result in:

Temporary removal from the course, project, LMS, community platforms, and support services
Suspension of CV review, interview preparation, and work reference support

Participants in default for over 4 weeks without communication will be removed entirely and must pay the full course fee to re-enroll.

Deferrals

Participants requesting to defer after course commencement are strongly advised to join the next available cohort.

Deferral Fees:

Immediate next cohort – No additional fee
3–6 months – £100
6+ months – Full course fee

Participants who registered during a discount/promo period and defer may be required to pay the difference if the course fee changes.

Refunds

The £99 registration fee is non-refundable. Partial refunds are only possible within 24 hours of payment.

Refunds are processed within 7–21 working days and refunded to the original payment method.
